These recommendations are general guidance only. The required grade may vary depending on cushion thickness, user weight, usage level, construction and preferred feel.
Measure the required foam at the widest and longest points, using width × length × thickness.
- Measure the full width from side to side.
- Measure the full length from front to back.
- Measure the finished thickness required.
- For boxed cushion covers, measure the internal cover dimensions rather than the old compressed foam.
Please check all dimensions carefully. Cut-to-size foam is made to the measurements supplied and cannot normally be returned because the measurements were entered incorrectly.

The correct requirement depends on the product, intended use, finished furniture construction and any applicable domestic, contract, automotive, marine or specialist standard.
Please contact our team before ordering when you require a particular test standard, certificate or fire-performance level.
Do not assume that every foam grade is suitable for every fire-regulated application. Suitability must be confirmed against the intended use and required certification.
Mainland UK standard delivery is normally estimated at three to five working days, although bespoke products may require additional manufacturing time.
Collection and fast-track delivery may be available depending on the product, order size, postcode and current workload.
